Yes!
We book your airline tickets though a group wholesaler who finds us the best possible price for your group.
Your cost is based on your departure and arrival city, your dates of travel, time of day you need to travel and the number of seats required for your group. Our wholesaler finds the best rate based on these requirements.
When we build your program we separate out the ground and air costs. We only build in margins on the ground cost. We DO NOT markup your airfare. We charge you a flat $50 per ticket fee to cover our administrative costs for booking your air only.
Since we book many groups with the hotels we work with we negotiate the best possible rate for your group. Your hotel cost depends on multiple factors including location, dates of travel, number of rooms required. We work with a group broker who gives us multiple bids for your group. We can chose the hotel that works best for you based on your requirements including cost.
